ez book is currently available to travel agencies and advisors based in the United States only.

Create an account to register your agency.

Form must be completed by the travel agency owner/manager or authorized person to sign on behalf of the agency. Once your agency account has been created, you will be able to invite others in your agency/group to set up their own login under your agency account.

If you are an employee of a travel agency, an independent travel agency or IC that is a member of a host agency, your agency or host must establish an account first.

Important Notice: ez book Temporary Shutdown – Effective Friday, February 20th, 12:00 pm Eastern

Thank you for your support and use of ez book since our launch in June 2025.

Over the past eight months, we’ve reviewed feedback gathered through user surveys and direct conversations with our agency partners and advisors. Based on what we heard, we’ve determined additional development is needed to improve the platform experience. As a result, ez book will be temporarily shut down effective Friday, February 20th, at 12:00 pm Eastern.

What this means for you:

If you have outstanding reservations with travel not yet completed, your login credentials will remain active so you can continue to access and manage your existing bookings.
If you have outstanding commissions due, please access the commission portal for payment status. Commissions are paid quarterly once travel is completed.
